FUNNIEST THING, ABOUT ME, AND MY OWN LIFE IS: WHEN I GREW 6/SIX INCHES, GOING FROM 5-FT/5INCHES TO 5FT/11-INCHES, BETWEEN THE SUMMER TO THE FALL OF THE 9TH GRADE AND WENT FROM A POINT GUARD ON THE BASKETBALL TEAM, TO A BASKETBALL AND TRACK STAR, AND MY BODY “FILLED OUT” AND BECAME VERY “MUSCULAR” EVEN THOUGH KIND OF STILL SLIM, BUT, I COULD “HIGH JUMP, LONG JUMP, 1/ONE OF THE FASTEST GUYS AT “LIBERTY-EYLAU” HS, AND EVEN THOUGH, STILL NOT VERY ATTRACTIVE TO MOST “BLACK GIRLS, BACK THEN, THE WHITE GIRLS AND CHEERLEADERS (PRETTIEST IN THE SCHOOL) WERE ALL CHASING ME AND EVEN A COUPLE OF THE “RIGHT OUT OF COLLEGE, YOUNG WHITE TEACHERS” WERE CHASING AFTER ME AND STILL CALLING ME “CUTE AND HANDSOME” AND BY THEN, I DID HAVE 1/ONE OF THE “PRETTIEST” GIRLFRIENDS, IN THE SCHOOLS, BUT SHE TURNED OUT TO BE MY 1ST/FIRST, WIFE, AND THAT BEAUTY/WAS “IN VAIN” AND STILL IS= SHE HAD SOME OF THE “WORST” PERSONALITY TRAITS, AND DID SOME OF THE “MOST UNFAITHFUL OF MARRIAGE” THINGS TO ME, THAT “AFTER 8 YEARS OF HELL-ON-EARTH”, THAT MARRIAGE ENDED.

Oscar-winning actress and Black Panther star Lupita Nyong’o is the latest celebrity that fans have taken ownership of in terms of whether they approve of their significant other.
Not long after Nyong’o’s new boyfriend, South African native Selema “Sal” Masekela, made their romance Instagram official, folks naturally weighed in on her choice of companionship — and not all of them were favorable.
The pairing seems natural on the surface. Nyong’o is a world-famous actress who won a Best Actress Academy Award for her performance in 12 Years a Slave.
Masekela’s lineage is also entertainment-based. He is the son of South African jazz artist Hugh Masekela.
