Our Story
We take a science-based approach to developing our products using natural and organic ingredients in balance with other high-quality ingredients chosen based on their overall safety and performance. For example, our lip balm is made with organic olive oil and beeswax; however, we also use other ingredients we consider “good stuff,” whether natural, organic or not. For instance, depending on the application, we intentionally use a more effective preservative than less effective “natural” preservatives used by some other brands.
We believe giving back is important, and as we grow, we are committed to doing our part to help make this world a better place. We started our “Operation Pollination” program and website (operationpollination.com) to bring awareness to the plight of the bees. Through the website, visitors can order wildflower seeds free to plant in their gardens to “Feed the Bees” whether they buy our Naked Bee products or not. Our marketing team also began a program to help educate elementary school students and provide content on the importance of bees as an integral part of and connection to the world around us.

BEING AN EAST TEXAS “COUNTRY BOY” (MYSELF), And understanding That soooo much of Our Natural Bee’s Pollination’s and Farm Freshness of/for Products is gone, with more and more fading away fast; I found it very refreshing to Chat with These Ladies, and the “Great Levels” of Understanding of How Natural Products, and the Missing Educational/Historical aspects are commonly not being taught to our Young People, these days.

Operation Pollination
Operation Pollination is partnering with retailers across America to spread awareness about the importance of honeybees and other pollinators to our environment. Over the past several years, a decline in the honeybee population has been noticed by scientists and environmental groups. Bees are leaving their hives and dying out for unknown reasons. Many studies show bees do not have enough food resources to survive. Operation Pollination is working to draw awareness to this shortage by providing packets of wildflower seeds for planting. By planting the seeds, we are providing additional food resources for bees; a small step to support bees and their environment. As we work together with our retailers providing free seed packets, we are making a difference across the country!
