Las Vegas resident is developing video games for the next eSport capital of the world and help combat PTSD!
While Las Vegas is moving quickly to become the esports capital of the world, resident Owen Ratliff of Ratti Entertainment, LLC is committed to developing the fighting games for esports in Las Vegas.
The City and State are working to make eSports and eSports gambling as iconic and integral to Las Vegas as the slot machine. There are numerous organizations, like the Nevada eSports Alliance and the LVCVA who are working with experts, academics, eSports teams, etc. to make sure eSports teams, players, and leagues have everything they need at their fingertips to make Las Vegas the premiere “eSport destination.” But eSports in Las Vegas is in its infancy. It requires growth, stability, and cooperation of a lot of different organizations, companies, officials, tourists, and locals to develop into the eSports Destination that it can be.
Ratliff said, “In order for Vegas to become the esport capital of the world, Vegas must also concentrate on the development of good fighting games. My goal is to build a pipeline of fun fighting games.” Owen and his partner Jesse Wright have launched their 3D arena fighting game on Steam Early Access entitled “Black Salt Coreuption”. We are building our console version around the community’s feedback for Nintindo, PlayStation and Xbox. The “Coreupt” Free-to-play is the second game in development from Ratti Entertainment, LLC.
The two-time award-winning Black Salt Coreuption 3D arena fighting game has been selected to showcase at EVO 2019 on August 2-4 at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas. EVO is a collection of the largest and longest-running fighting game tournaments in the world. Ratti will also launch their first Black Salt Coreuption 3D Arena Fighting Game Tournament with the PVPZone on August 17. (https://pvpzonelv.com/) Some of the proceeds will go to a veterans charity for PTSD.
