on last Thursday, at the LUXOR Hotel and Casino, I was asked to attend a Giant Convention about a “Mortgage & Housing” organization called NACA/Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, Inc.
I did not know, that I was scheduled to participate in a “Special MEDIA Panel”, until I got there. So, as duty called, and I prepared to Participate at 1:00PM in the Panel, I attended the Morning Classes Session for People seeking to get Homes and I was sooo Impressed with the NACA Mortgage programs, that the longer I stayed and Listened, the more I realized, that “THIS IS THE BEST KEPT SECRET, FOR GAINING WEALTH, AND ACCESS TO HOMES AND HOUSING, IN AMERICA. (https://www.naca.com/) IT IS A PARTNERSHIP, WITH BOA/BANK OF AMERICA AND OTHER SMALLER Financing Community Institutions to “Fulfill” the “COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT ACTS” AND OTHER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACTS THAT FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS HAVE TO “REINVEST” MILLIONS/$$$$ BACK INTO COMMUNITIES AND HELP WITH HOUSING AND SOCIAL ECONOMIC “EQUALIZATION” AND STABILIZING OF NEIGHBORHOODS.

IN THOSE YEARS, 1994-1998, MY FAMILY WAS IN A VERY “MAGAZINE-LIKE” HOME FOR “RENT-TO-BUY” IN CEDAR HILL, TEXAS AND WHILE “WE/I” WAS PAYING RENT-TO-PURCHASE TO A V.P. OF BANK OF AMERICA/BOA, WHO OWNER THE HOME, “HE” WAS NOT PAYING THE MORTGAGE, AND SO, WE RECEIVED A “FORECLOSURE” AND “NOTICE-TO-VACATE” THE PROPERTY, OUT OF THE BLUE, AND SO, EVENTUALLY, WE LOST THAT HOME AND “ALL OF THE $$/1,1OO.00 PER MONTH, WHICH WE HAD BEEN PAYING FOR OVER A YEAR, AND A HALF, AND EVEN THOUGH i WAS ABLE TO “FIGHT OFF” THE REPOSSESSION FOR OVER AN OTHER YEAR, A “FRAT-BUDDY JUDGE OF THE V.P. FALSELY RULED AGAINST US AND AGAINST THE LAW AND WE HAD TO MOVE, AND LOOSE ALL THAT TIME AND MONEY. LATER, A FEDERAL JUDGE, OFFERED TO HELP ME SAVE IT, BUT, I/WE DECIDED THAT WE DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY/$$ AND TIME TO KEEP PUTTING INTO THAT FIGHT AND WE WERE KIND OF “OUT-THERE-BY-OURSELVES”; WE DID NOT KNOW ABOUT NACA, SO WHAT YOU DO NOT KNOW, YOU DON’T AND WHAT YOU LEARN AND DO KNOW, THEN YOU DO!

WINTER; COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE, ESG CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FOR BANK OF AMERICA, AND WHAT HE SHARED WITH US WAS “INVALUABLE INFORMATION” TO KNOW AND UNDERSTAND THE BOA, COMMITMENT TO NACA, AND MAKING A CHANGE TO DO THE RIGHT THINGS FOR HELPING CITIZENS FROM LOWER ECONOMIC AREAS HAVE ACCESS TO GAINING WEALTH THROUGH HOME OWNERSHIP. I HAVE TO BELIEVE HIM, BECAUSE I WATCHED ABOUT 15 PEOPLE OBTAIN HOMES AND MORTGAGES, THAT DAY, I WAS PART OF THE “SPECIAL PANEL” AND TOOK PHOTOS WITH THE OTHER “LEADERS ON THE PANEL”.

MY PERSONAL SUGGESTION ALSO, IS THAT NACA AND BOA, WORK TOGETHER TO “UNDERWRITE AN “EDUCATIONAL VISA OR MASTER CARD” FOR ABOUT $20, 000 TO GET THEIR HOME OWNERS INTO “HIGHER EDUCATIONAL” CERTIFIED LOWER INTEREST RATED “EDUCATIONAL FINANCING/FUNDING” AN IT CAN BE STRUCTURED IN A WAY THAT FAMILIES WHO BUY THESE HOMES CAN PAY FOR THEIR OWN “HIGHER EDUCATION CERTIFICATIONS” AND THEIR CHILDREN’S “HIGHER EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATIONS”… THIS PROGRAM WOULD/COULD GET PEOPLE OUT OF THE EXCESSIVE %/INTEREST RATES OF NORMAL CREDIT CARDS AND LOANS THAT CHARGE 15–30% INTEREST AND THESE TYPE PROGRAMS CAN/WILL STOP THE MASSIVE “FRAUD OF STUDENT LOAND AND DEBTS” THAT PUNISH PEOPLE FOR WANTING “HIGHER EDUCATION”… THIS/THESE TYPE THINGS WOULD BE A “WINN/WIN” FOR NACA/BOA AND CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA..

I suggested the “M.D.I.C./MINORITY DEVELOPMENT INSURANCE CORPORATION” OR “M.B.D.I.C./MINORITY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INSURANCE CORPORATION” OR SOMETHING SIMILAR…AS I NEVER SAW THE rationale or sense of “poor AMERICANS” whether Black, white, red, yellow, or brown… spending an average of $600–$2,500 with Companies/institutions/ for Bus Charters, Restaurants, Hotels, Fuel, food, lodging, etc… who would be “licking their Chops” at the “Money/$$$” being spent with them, yet Average to lower income people would then return home an go back to normal economically depressed lives and i said that with a year, WE/All of us would be worse off than, before that March…and I was Totally Right, even though I was hoping that Louis Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam had a “PLAN of Action” and I also asked What was the $10 per person/Million Man “Donation” for, was that $10 Million to be put into Escrow/Funding Account for the “Funding of such as the “M.D.I.C./MINORITY DEVELOPMENT INSURANCE CORPORATION” OR “M.B.D.I.C./MINORITY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INSURANCE CORPORATION” OR SOMETHING SIMILAR”???? BUT, of course I got no response and to this day, no one can tell me “whose pockets” that $10 Million, went into,,, BUT, “I digress” to say, this organization= “NACA/NEIGHBORHOOD ASSISTANCE CORPORATION OF AMERICA” IS THE SAME AS I HAD SUGGESTED TO Louis Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam, AND “MILLION MAN MARCH” AND SINCE THEN “MILLION WOMEN MARCH” PEOPLE, I STILL SAY: “NACA IS DOING IT” AND I WILL SEEK TO HELP THEM, HOWEVER I CAN TO IMPROVE UPON WHAT THEY ARE ALREADY DOING, AND “RE-CIRCULATION” OF $$DOLLARS WITHIN COMMUNITIES AND THE REINVESTMENT ACTS, IS HOW THE LAWS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, WAS/IS ALWAYS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN, EVEN WITH SMALL BUSINESS LENDING AT LOWER INTEREST RATES AND AUTO/CAR LOANS AT LOWER INTEREST RATES AND EVERYTHING ELSE AT LOWER INTEREST RATES…WILL/CAN STOP SOME OF THE “GREED AND SELFISHNESS” OF THE MANY EVIL FINANCIAL AND FINANCING INSTITUTIONS AND GIVE MORE PEOPLE ACCESS TO WEALTH BUILDING AND STOCK OWNERSHIP AND HOMES AND MORTGAGES AND STOP THE “PREDATORY RENTING COMPANIES” IN AMERICA, ESPECIALLY IN NEVADA AND LAS VEGAS, FROM PUTTING PEOPLE OUT INTO THE STREETS AT RECORD NUMBERS, SAME THING IN CALIFORNIA, AND ACROSS THIS COUNTRY. Ask the Nevada Homeless Alliance and USVETS and Veterans Villages and others about the Increasing Numbers of people being put into the Streets and How “GREEDY Housing Builders and Luxury Hotels” are Not affordable to average people any more… “Weekly/Monthly” Rental Hotels and Temporary Rentals are “Killing People” virtually $$$/charging Very “Usury” rental rates and there seems to be “ZERO/0” accountability or controls in place. “THE SPIRIT OF GREED” and the 7/Seven Deadly Sins are Rampant: Seven deadly sins
