I was so humbled and honored to have attended the Final Meeting and Vendor’s Meeting for this Event, last night. THIS is a Tremendous Event and even it is a Themed “Good old Fashioned Block Party and Food Festival”…it is much Deeper in its Total Missions and Purposes of Proudly Promoting Black and Small Businesses and Developing “COOPS” and any of us 40-50-60’s Something Ages, can Remember when we used to Just Close off the about two/three blocks and Everyone enjoy Great Food, and Everyone “Cooked/Made/Baked” their one or two Specialties and Great Music, Dancing, Conversations and even “Fund-raising” helped Families Survive. Matter of Fact, me and my Wife just Discussed “The History of THESE BLOCK Parties”, and how “IF” a Family was Struggling to Pay their Rent, THE BLOCK PARTIES COULD HELP PAY THEIR RENTS FOR 2, 3 4 MONTHS, BY EVERYONE CONTRIBUTING 10-Cents, 25-Cents, 50=Cents, $1-Dollar, or whatever they could and by the end of the night, into the early morning, the next day: the ‘VILLAGE” WITHIN THOSE FEW BLOCKS HAD saved a family from being put into the streets. “yes, In today’s “Selfish” and “Selfie” times, the “LEGEND OF THE BLOCK PARTIES AND THE LEGENDARY “DJ’S” OF GREAT MUSIC, WHO helped the communities “get the word out” that we needed to pitch in together to help our families and also helped with keeping peace within our communities, and were highly respected by Police officers and law enforcement people many of who lived within our communities (Officer Norris Cooley, in Texarkana, Texas has a Street named after him; “Norris Cooley Drive”)….So, THIS EVENT WITH MR. BRIAN HARRIS AND THE TEAM PUTTING IT TOGETHER IS A WELCOMED FAVORITE AND REFRESHING MODEL OF HOW THINGS OF THE HISTORY AND HERITAGE CAN STILL BE AS PROMINENT TODAY AS WAS BACK “IN THE DAYS” …🥰😀🙏🧐

“HE CAME, UNTO “HIS OWN”, YET THEY RECEIVED “HIM”, NOT!”

it is truly a “Saaddd and evil Thing” when “Friends and Relatives and So-Called Christians”, tell you the Lies that they will be there to Support you and your event/Party/UNITY EMPOWERING/EDUCATIONAL/FUN & EXCITING EVENT” then a week, two weeks before the event is Scheduled for 6 months, they “disappear”, won’t answer your texts, calls, emails, and then never show up!!?? BUT, then “Tell you the Lies that They “LOVE” you so much and Miss you… Yet, All of them Found “Something ELSE” to conveniently be doing that long-planned weekend/day(s) of the event(s).

BUT, This “VISION” of THROWING A PARTY, AND HAVING PEOPLE “LIE” AND NOT SHOW UP, HAD ALREADY BEEN “REVEALED” TO ME, AND YET, STILL, WHEN IT HAPPENED, THE “REALITY SHOCK” SETS IN AND YOU SOON REALIZE JUST “HOW SELFISH” WE ALL CAN BE, AND STILL SAY THAT WE “LOVE JESUS, GOD AND EACH OTHER”…. NOW I WILL END WITH THIS: “THERE IS ABSOLUTELY/ZERO (0) SPECK OF CHANCES, THAT A FRIEND, OR FAMILY MEMBER, WILL “SPEND” THEIR HARD-EARNED MONEY” CAN COME INTO A “CITY” THAT I AM LIVING WITHIN, AND WANT TO “PARTY WITH ME AND MY WIFE” AND WE NOT ATTEND, AT LEAST (1) HOUR/TWO HOUR/HALF A DAY OF THOSE EVENTS, UNLESS I AM ‘LOCKED IN A HOSPITAL, ON MY DEATH BED…NOT EVEN ANY CHANCE./”ZERO”….

DID I WANT MORE PEOPLE, AND RELATIVES WHO INITIALLY PROMISED TO COME TO ATTEND OUR EVENTS?; “ABSOLUTELY!”, BUT AGAIN, IN THE VISION OF MY PRIOR PRAYERS AND MEDITATIONS, I HAD ALREADY SEEN IT, AND YET WHATEVER STRONG “SPIRITUAL LOVE” FOR FAMILY, AND FRIENDS, AND PEOPLE, THAT SHALL REMAIN WITHIN ME, UNTIL I AM GONE FROM THIS EARTH, KEEPS ME WORKING FOR THE GREATER GOOD OF HUMANITY, WHICH IS “LOVE”, AND “GOD IS LOVE”, THEN THIS PURPOSES SHALL, I CONTINUE TO SEEK OUT TRUE GOD’S PEOPLE AND BRUSH OFF THE DUST, YET WITH FORGIVENESS, FOR THOSE WHO SIMPLY DO NOT BELIEVE AS I/WE DO.

THIS/THESE THINGS ARE “NOT” ABOUT BEING AGAINST ANY OTHER RACE/NATIONALITY/CULTURE OF PEOPLE; BUT IT IS TOTALLY ABOUT “US” AND OUR PEOPLE “FIXING OURSELVES” AND BEING “PROUD OF OUR OWN HERITAGES AND HISTORIES AND INVENTIONS AND FAMILIES AND COLORS AND THEN UNDERSTANDING THAT WE ARE “ALL” MIXED WITH EACH OTHER’S “DNA’S” FROM THE VERY BEGINNING OF TIME (ADAM & EVE, CAIN & ABLE, THE LINEAGES OF GOD’S HEAVENLY CREATIONS….WHEN CAIN KILLED ABLE, AFTER SIN WAS INTRODUCED TO ADAM AND EVE…”DIVIDE & CONQUER” IS THE OLDEST/EVIL STRATEGY IN “THE BOOK=THE BIBLE” AND YET, MOST PEOPLE CAN NEVER “SEE-IT/UNDERSTAND-IT” EVEN WHILE ATTENDING “CHURCH” EVERY TIME THE DOORS OPEN AND EVERY SUNDAY MORNING, WHICH ARE OUR “MOST DIVIDED & CONQUERED” TIMES, ….TELL ME CHRISTIANS, HOW IS THIS PRACTICE RIGHT AT ALL??… AND EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO CALLS “GOOD AS EVIL, AND EVIL AS GOOD” WILL HAVE TO STAND BEFORE THE HEAVENLY CREATOR(S) AND ANSWER FOR WHAT REALLY WAS WITHIN OUR OWN HEARTS…I THANK GOD FOR HIS “LOVE” AND FOR “HIS” MOST POWERFUL OF HIS SUPER POWERS!…”MEN, AMEN”
