Eastern Ave.       Muralist Adry del Rocio will be available for interviews and media will be able to shoot video and photographs of a new mural being painted as part of Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations today, Wednesday, Aug. 31, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. The 90-foot long and 22-feet tall mural will be painted on the exterior of the East Las Vegas Community Center, located at 250 N. Eastern Ave. The artist will give interviews in English and Spanish.     In addition, Ward 3 Councilwoman Olivia Diaz will be available by request later in the day for interviews about East Las Vegas, the mural and public art.       Adry del Rocio was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, in 1984 and has had 53 solo and 90 collective art show exhibitions. She has exhibited her work in 20 different countries, and her new mural will be called “Our Collective Strength.” The mural will depict symbols of unity, strength and courage, and is the result of a partnership between the city of Las Vegas and the Consulate of Mexico.         Las Vegas City Council  Mayor Carolyn G.
